Time and Attendance Responsible (Fixed-term Contract)

• Execute and oversee End-to-End Time & Attendance processes ensuring accurate and timely management of working time absences leave and attendance data.
• Manage system controls data validation & reconciliations resolving complex cases when required. Ensuring compliance with local labour regulations company policies and internal control requirements.
• Support process improvements and digitalization initiatives in collaboration with Payroll HR IT and relevant stakeholders.
• Maximum 2 years fixed-term contract.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in business administration economics or a related field
• 3 years of professional working experience
• Payroll processes labour law tax regulations compliance and risk management knowledge
• Knowledge of HR administration employee lifecycle processes labour law compliance and internal controls
• Basic understanding of international assignment global mobility or expatriate processes is considered an advantage
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Customer-centric and service-oriented mindset
• Continuous improvement mindset and learning agility
• Strong teamwork and cross-cultural collaboration skills to work and collaborate in the Global HRS network
• Strong IT skills with openness to automation and AI-enabled solutions
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
