Sustainability Manager

We are seeking a passionate proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to sustainability environmental responsibility and sustainable luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Engineering Sustainability Management or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in sustainability environmental management or ESG practices within an international luxury hotel environment. Additional certifications such as ISO 14001 ISO 50001 or sustainability-related qualifications are considered a strong advantage.

Success in this role requires excellent communication and analytical skills proven experience in sustainability initiatives environmental performance monitoring waste management energy and water efficiency and sustainability reporting. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and fluency in English are essential along with a proactive solution-oriented approach to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should be highly organized detail-oriented and capable of implementing sustainable practices ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards and promoting environmental awareness among colleagues and stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality and guest experience.

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset

• Bachelors Degree in Sustainability Management Environmental Engineering Environmental Sciences or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sustainability environmental management or ESG-related roles preferably within the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of environmental legislation sustainability standards and industry best practices
• Understanding of energy efficiency water conservation waste management and carbon footprint reduction
• Experience in sustainability reporting environmental performance monitoring and data analysis
• Familiarity with sustainability certifications and management systems such as ISO 14001 ISO 50001 Green Key or GSTC is an advantage
• Strong organizational analytical and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to develop and implement sustainability initiatives while maintaining luxury service standards
• Strong commitment to raising environmental awareness and promoting sustainable practices among colleagues and stakeholders
