Power Tools Field Supervisor

•     Lead and manage the Merchandiser team for Key Accounts.
•     Oversee the development and performance management of the team.
•     Ensure the achievement of target vs. actual results within the team.
•     Manage and monitor all pre- and post-sales activities.
•     Ensure adherence to application and operational standards.
•     Oversee display and stand positioning to enhance visual presence.
•     Drive increased visual awareness and shelf space share.
•     Ensure alignment with company priorities in the application of standards.
•     Ensure compliance with in-store sales activities across the region.
•     Monitor and ensure adherence to routing schedules.
•     Optimize inefficient routes to improve productivity.
•     Actively train and work alongside the team to ensure high performance.
•     Continuously enhance skills and competencies by working closely with the team.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree from relevant departments of universities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
• In-depth technical knowledge and market understanding of power tools.
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel and demonstrate mobility as needed.
• Prior experience in managing key accounts and client relationships.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
