About the Role: We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the companys key operational functions in the market. This role takes a company-wide operations perspective ensuring alignment and efficiency across Sales Operations Customer Service Logistics and Product-related operations rather than focusing solely on office administration. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader who can bring structure coordination and accountability across multiple departments

• Oversee and coordinate Sales Operations to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and support for the sales team
• Manage and supervise the Customer Service function ensuring high service standards and efficient resolution of customer issues
• Coordinate Logistics operations including inventory flow distribution and supply chain efficiency
• Oversee Product-related operations ensuring alignment between product availability market needs and operational execution
• Act as the central point of coordination across departments ensuring operational alignment with overall company goals
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiencies across functions
• Monitor KPIs across operational areas and report on performance to senior management
• Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to ensure consistency with company standards

• Proven experience in an operations management role ideally overseeing multiple functions (sales operations customer service logistics or product operations)
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience in FMCG direct selling retail or a related industry is a plus
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills in Turkish and English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field
