About the Role

TIENS Turkey is seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Design & Digital Content Specialist to support the companys marketing branding and digital communication activities.

This role combines graphic design digital marketing content creation and brand support. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Product and Sales teams to deliver high-quality visual materials while ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.

• Design and develop product labels packaging artwork and promotional materials in compliance with corporate branding and local regulatory requirements.
• Create high-quality marketing collateral including brochures catalogues flyers roll-ups exhibition materials POS displays promotional packaging and corporate merchandise.
• Design engaging digital content for social media platforms including posts stories banners advertisements and campaign visuals that align with the companys marketing strategy.
• Maintain and enhance company product and compensation plan presentations (PowerPoint) ensuring they remain visually professional accurate and up to date.
• Produce creative assets for the corporate website landing pages email campaigns and other digital marketing channels.
• Support brand consistency by maintaining corporate visual identity guidelines and ensuring all marketing materials comply with global brand standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Product Regulatory Affairs and Sales teams to deliver creative solutions within project timelines.
• Coordinate with external vendors printers creative agencies and production partners to ensure high-quality execution of marketing materials.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools (such as Adobe Firefly Canva AI ChatGPT or similar technologies) to enhance design quality improve productivity and accelerate content creation while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support multimedia content creation including basic video editing motion graphics short-form promotional videos and visual content for digital campaigns where required.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication Marketing or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design marketing design or digital content creation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign).
• Experience with Canva Adobe Express or similar design platforms.
• Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro CapCut or similar) is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Turkish and English proficiency are mandatory
