Hygiene Manager

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to luxury hospitality food safety hygiene and quality assurance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors Degree in Food Engineering a valid HACCP certification and at least 2 years of experience in hygiene food safety or quality assurance within an international luxury hotel environment. Additional certifications such as ISO 22000 are considered a strong advantage. Success in this role requires excellent communication and analytical skills proven experience in food safety audits and compliance management advanced Microsoft Office proficiency fluency in English and a proactive solution-oriented approach. The ideal candidate should be highly organized detail-oriented and able to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety while working effectively within a diverse and dynamic hotel environment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Hygiene Food Safety or Quality Assurance within an international luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Professional certification in HACCP is mandatory; ISO 22000 Lead Auditor or equivalent food safety certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety legislation hygiene management systems and local regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing internal and external audits and food safety inspections.
• Experience in supplier audits microbiological monitoring food safety risk assessments and corrective action management.
• Strong analytical project management and reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
