Goods Supplier Business Partner (Project Based)

• Perform account reconciliations with suppliers and vendors.
• Respond to suppliers accounting-related inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Analyze internal stakeholders needs and expectations.
• Act as the key point of contact for accounting-related coordination between Store Operations Suppliers and Category teams.
• Monitor and oversee the activities performed by the Shared Service Center in India ensuring accuracy and efficiency and provide training when necessary.
• Monitor incoming e-invoices and ensure they are routed to the relevant departments for further processing.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in general accounting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining a structured and organized approach.
