Filipino Tagalog Speaking Sales Agent Conversion & Retention

We are looking for Filipino / Tagalog-speaking Sales Agents to join our Conversion & Retention department. If you have strong communication skills a results-driven mindset and an interest in developing your career in an international sales environment we would love to hear from you.

Previous work experience is not required. We provide a comprehensive training program for candidates without prior experience.

• Communicate with Filipino / Tagalog-speaking clients via phone and other communication channels.
• Understand clients needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle client questions and objections professionally.
• Manage Conversion & Retention processes.
• Follow up with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
• Work towards individual and team performance targets.

• Fluent Filipino / Tagalog communication skills.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• No previous sales or call center experience required.
