Field Sales Representative

About the role

The purpose of this role is to drive profitable and sustainable sales growth within assigned accounts in Turkiye. This position involves developing account-level strategies and executing plans to deliver on sales quotas and established goals including increasing market share within current accounts and winning new business for label packaging and materials business.

This is a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to deliver on sales quotas and established goals for the account base.

• Develop strong customer wiring and cultivate long-term relationships.

• Remain abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities to articulate Avery Dennisons value propositions.

• Navigate complex customer problems to determine the best solutions and resolve issues.

• Negotiate pricing terms and service commitments based on established procedures.

Qualifications :

• Required: Strong end-to-end knowledge of a product portfolio and the ability to demonstrate products and solutions to customers.

• Required: Proven ability to drive profitable sustainable sales growth and meet or exceed established quotas.

• Skills you need to succeed: Proficiency in account strategy development sales processes and value-based selling.

• Skills you need to succeed: Proficiency in negotiation and financial acumen to manage pricing and service terms.

• Skills you need to succeed: Strong analytical skills for forecasting and evaluating market trends.
