Executive Assistant to General Manager

We are looking for a highly professional and business-minded Executive Assistant to General Manager to join The Grand Tarabya.

This is not a traditional administrative support role. We are looking for someone who will work closely with the General Manager understand the dynamics of hotel operations and provide effective support across a broad range of business and management priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day executive and business support to the General Manager
Coordinate and follow up on key priorities projects meetings and action plans across departments
Prepare presentations reports business updates and management materials
Support the GM in monitoring operational and commercial priorities
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the GM Office Executive Committee and department leaders
Attend selected meetings follow up on agreed actions and ensure timely completion
Handle correspondence and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Represent the GM Office appropriately when communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain a strong understanding of hotel operations and proactively identify matters requiring the GMs attention

Qualifications :

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in luxury hospitality preferably with a solid understanding of hotel operations
Strong business acumen and a commercially minded approach
Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical reporting and presentation capabilities
Highly organized proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Professional presence and strong representation skills
Ability to work closely with senior leadership and communicate confidently across all levels of the organization
Excellent command of both Turkish and English
High level of discretion maturity and confidentiality
