Event & Translation Coordinator (Chinese and Turkish)

About the Role
TIENS is looking for an Event & Translation Coordinator to support communication between our Chinese and Turkish teams and contribute to the organization of corporate events and meetings. This role combines interpretation/translation responsibilities with growing involvement in event coordination and operational support making it a great opportunity for someone who thrives in cross-cultural fast-paced environments.

• Provide accurate interpretation and translation (ChineseTurkish and/or ChineseEnglish) in spoken and written contexts
• Support the planning and onsite execution of corporate events meetings and company activities
• Facilitate communication between Chinese counterparts/partners and the local Turkish team
• Coordinate meeting arrangements schedules and related logistics
• Progressively support broader event coordination and operational tasks beyond translation
• Ensure smooth professional communication in a multicultural environment

• Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese and Turkish essential
• Fluent English
• Proven experience in ChineseTurkish and/or ChineseEnglish interpretation/translation
• Prior experience supporting conferences meetings corporate events or large-scale activities
• Strong communication coordination and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a multicultural fast-paced environment
• Flexible and willing to provide onsite support during company events including occasional travel
