• Communicate with existing clients via phone and other communication channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand clients needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Handle client concerns and objections professionally.

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Previous experience in sales customer service call centers or retention is an advantage but not required.
