Engineering Supervisor

• Supervise daily engineering operations and coordinate maintenance activities.

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical electrical HVAC plumbing and building automation systems.

• Monitor work orders maintenance schedules and the Maximo system.

• Ensure fire safety systems and hotel facilities operate efficiently and safely.

• Coordinate external contractors and ensure compliance with hotel standards.

• Supervise train and support the engineering team.

• Ensure compliance with health safety and hotel procedures.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications :

• Degree or vocational qualification in Mechanical Electrical or a related Engineering field.

• Previous experience in engineering or maintenance preferably in the hospitality industry.

• Knowledge of HVAC electrical mechanical and plumbing systems.

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and maintenance management systems.

• Strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills.

• Good command of English is an advantag
