Controlling Smart Start

As part of our Plant Controlling team you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contribute to both operational and digitalization topics.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Support Plant Controlling activities including standard unit costing Bill of Materials (BOM) comparison and material cost variance analysis.
• Prepare routine cost tracking reports for plant management and department heads.
• Assist in monitoring capital expenditures (CAPEX) investment depreciation and internal project tracking.
• Support PCOS (Planned Cost of Sales) calculations and related product cost evaluations.
• Contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives and cost optimization projects across value streams.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalization projects using Power BI Power Query and emerging AI-based productivity tools.
• Analyze operational and financial data to support the team in delivering data-driven insights and process improvements.

Qualifications :

• Masters student preferably studying Industrial Engineering
• Prior internship experience in Plant/Financial Controlling or Production areas is strongly preferred.
• Availability to work at least 4 days per week
• Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
• Knowledge of SQL Power BI Excel VBA / Macros
• Advanced level of English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and proactive working style
• Strong eagerness to learn and develop
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive improvements
