BHR Specialist

AbbVie is looking for a BHR Specialist to join HR Team in Türkiye.

Reporting to the HR Director the responsibilities of BHR Specialist will be as follows:

• Partner with leaders on day-to-day people topics translating business needs into practical HR solutions.
• Oversee the recruitment process conducted by Talent Acquisition Team and coordinate onboarding.
• Coordinate local and global talent learning and development initiatives and respond to business capability needs.
• Support performance talent and succession processes through data insights manager guidance and disciplined follow-up.
• Contribute to engagement culture and organizational effectiveness actions that strengthen leadership and employee experience.
• Prepare people metrics pulse employee surveys and executive-ready reports to support evidence-based decisions.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies confidentiality controls and compliance with local requirements.
• Identify process improvements that simplify HR delivery and improve employee and manager experience.

Qualifications :

• University degree
• Excellent command of English both written and verbal
• 1-3 years of HR experience ideally in an HR generalist or business partnering role
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems; Workday knowledge would be an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management customer focus and business acumen
• Analytical detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
