Assistant Retail Design & Delivery Manager Tersane Istanbul

• Managing and coordinating retail/residence/hotel fit-out projects throughout the entire project lifecycle from design development to handover
• Planning monitoring and controlling project schedules budgets and deliverables
• Coordinating with tenants consultants contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Managing renovation refurbishment new lease relocation and kiosk projects
• Supervising construction activities on site and ensuring compliance with project specifications quality standards and HSE requirements
• Conducting regular site inspections and quality control reviews
• Identifying project risks and proactively resolving technical and construction-related issues
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients tenants and project stakeholders while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Preparing progress reports and presenting project updates to management

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (Technical University degree preferred)
• Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in retail / residence/ hotel fit-out and construction projects
• Extensive hands-on experience in retail/residence/hotel fit-out projects is mandatory
• Proven experience in on-site construction management and project delivery
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
• Excellent organizational coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Professional proficiency in English both written and spoken is mandatory with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients consultants and stakeholders
