Mission

Own the full customer lifecycle by acquiring new business onboarding customers growing account revenue and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new business customers.

• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts.

• Build long-term customer relationships.

• Identify upsell cross-sell and expansion opportunities.

• Deliver product demonstrations and commercial consultations.

• Support invent and simplify solutions for our customers through outbound calls/google meetings & emails.

Your Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to build rapport with customers and develop strong lasting relationships through meaningful conversations.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards proactively identifying and reporting issues that may impact the customer experience.

• Excellent communication outreach and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage customers through phone email and virtual meetings.

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

• Experience in customer-facing sales account management or support environments is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in B2B sales account management business development or customer success.

• Experience managing a portfolio of customers and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and sales pipeline management.

• Knowledge of Vistas corporate solution program is an advantage.

• Experience conducting virtual sales presentations or product demonstrations.
