Senior UIUX Designer

About the Role

Our client isa fast-growing entertainment tech startup looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive delightful experiences for millions of users. Youll own the full design lifecyclefrom research and strategy to high-fidelity design and prototypesworking directly with product and engineering in a lean high-impact team. This is about solving real user problems and creating experiences that stick.

What Youll Do

• Lead end-to-end UX strategy across all digital touchpointsweb mobile and emerging platformsensuring every interaction is intentional and user-centered.
• Conduct user research define user flows and validate design decisions through testing and iteration.
• Design intuitive interfaces that balance aesthetics with usability applying principles of interaction design information architecture and accessibility.
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries that scale across products and empower your team.
• Create high-fidelity mockups interactive prototypes and compelling presentations that communicate your vision to stakeholders and developers alike.
• Champion design thinking throughout the product development processfrom discovery through launch and beyond.
• Stay informed on UX trends tools and best practices continuously evolving our design maturity.
• Collaborate closely with product managers engineers and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Who You Are

• 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio of shipped web and mobile products.
• Strong grasp of design thinking methodology and how to apply it in real product cycles.
• Expert-level skills in Figma and Adobe Suite (XD Photoshop Illustrator or equivalent).
• Proven ability to conduct user research create wireframes and validate design concepts.
• Excellent communicator who can present and defend design decisions incorporate feedback and align cross-functional teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to pixel-perfect consistent execution.
• Experienced working in agile teamscomfortable iterating fast learning from data and shipping.
• Self-motivated proactive and energized by startup pace and ownership.
