Job Summary

YOUR MISSION

The Africa Regional Finance team is looking for a 360º analytical and hands-on Finance Analyst who can provide support in strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will also support the budgeting forecasting and reporting processes and participate in various FP&A projects and initiatives.

THE JOURNEY

  • Prepare bi-weekly cash flow forecast and variance analysis
  • Ensure accurate partners invoicing and payment
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports concerning AR AP inventories billing...
  • Respond to Ah-Hoc inquiries from internal (HQ Regional other local departments) an external stakeholder (business partners vendors banks)
  • Assist with reconciliation of management and financial reports on a monthly basis;
  • Communicate with regional and HQ stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Support the local implementation of new systems ERPs and any business processes oroptimization initiatives
  • Act as trusted advisor to the Commercial team for finance-related topics
  • Be part of the Finance & Strategy Team to help take decisions that will shape the future of our business in the country
  • Support with the Finance & Strategy team of the FP&A and controlling functions (Business Plan monthly closings etc)
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow develop and make a difference
  • Lead and participate in finance related projects in order to improve our processes and data reliability
  • Work closely with Global Finance Teams (Billing Treasury Accounts Payable Accounting etc) to solve any day-to-day issues
  • Good familiarity with Tax regulations and Compliance matters and tax impacts in all its forms
  • Participate and align with HQ FP&A Global team in projects to improve visibility on finance performance and ad-hoc projects
  • Cover other ad-hoc Finance operations requests.

Qualifications :

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business or similar;
  • 5 years of experience in a finance role
  • Fluency in Business English is a must
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is a must
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Previous experience in positions related to Finance operations and Financial Planning and
  • Strategy
  • Experience in Finance related project management and systems implementation
  • Analytical and 360 mindset
  • Problem solver and data-driven
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and meeting deadlines
