As part of the Operations team the Production Supervisor (UAP Responsible) will oversee daily manufacturing operations and team performance ensuring that safety quality productivity and delivery targets are consistently achieved. This role reports directly to the Production Manager.

• Estimate costs and prepare budgets
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce raw materials etc.)
• Approve maintenance work purchasing of equipment etc.
• Ensure output meets quality standards
• Enforce health and safety precautions
• Plan a production schedule
• Implement improvements to the production process
• Prepare production reports

• University Degree
• Minimum 8 years experience in the automotive industry
• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role
• Experience in team management (onboarding training performance management)
