Lear is embarking on an exciting new chapter with thelaunchof its second plant andfirst Greenfieldmanufacturing facility inBizerte Tunisia part ofour Thermal Comfort Systems (TCS) division. This strategic investment marks a significant milestone in Lears growth and ongoing commitment to innovation. We are seeking dynamic forward-thinking leaders to take on the challenge of launching and shaping this new plant from the ground up. Position Overview:

Main Missions :

• Lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement problem solving and operational excellence.
• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve cycle time reduce scrap and increase throughput.
• Drive and implement automation and digital transformation initiatives (Industry 4.0).
• Ensure adherence to automotive quality and process standards including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Maintain update and ensure accuracy of process documentation and work instructions.
• Identify evaluate and execute costreduction initiatives while preserving product quality and employee safety.
• Support production teams with datadriven solutions and ensure bestpractice methods in industrial engineering.
• Provide leadership coaching and technical guidance to the IE team.

To be successful for this role :

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Technical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in automotive manufacturing including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong expertise in process optimization lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
• Solid knowledge of automotive standards (IATF 16949 ISO 9001).
• Experience with automation digitalization and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking leadership communication and teamdevelopment capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive results in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.

Language Skills:

• Good communication skills in both French and English
