Our client a global supplier of high-precision die bonding and micro-assembly equipment is growing its APAC service team from its Thailand office. They are seeking a Service Engineer to install maintain and support their precision equipment at customer sites across the region.
This is a hands-on customer-facing field role for an engineer who enjoys solving technical problems on site and travelling across APAC. Youll be the on-the-ground technical contact keeping customers equipment running.
Key Responsibilities
Install troubleshoot maintain and repair precision equipment at customer sites throughout APAC.
Provide technical support to customers both on site and remotely.
Deliver training to customers at their sites.
Manage your assigned service cases through to resolution with accurate documentation.
Travel frequently across the region to support customers.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Engineering.
2 years experience in a field service maintenance or technical support role.
Experience with comparable customers or industries (semiconductor electronics assembly precision automation or capital equipment).
Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Willing and able to travel frequently within APAC.
Eligible to work in Thailand.
Nice to Have
Experience with assembly equipment (SMD mounter die bonder).
