Gorilla Technology is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Data Center Delivery to lead the integrated delivery of major data center programs as part of Gorillas growing GPUaaS business. This is a delivery-focused role not a traditional PMO or reporting position. The individual will work across Gorilla teams technology suppliers deployment partners and other stakeholders to ensure all teams and partners remain aligned and deliver against a single program plan from infrastructure readiness through equipment deployment integration commissioning and operational handover. We are looking for someone who is proactive and investigative by nature. This person does not stop at status reporting. They are willing to dig into issues understand root causes challenge assumptions and drive problems through to resolution.

- Be accountable for overall program coordination and delivery readiness ensuring risks dependencies and issues are actively managed to support successful deployment and operational handover.

- Own the integrated program plan across infrastructure readiness equipment delivery deployment integration testing commissioning and operational handover.

- Coordinate closely with Gorilla teams technology suppliers deployment partners and other key stakeholders.

- Maintain a clear view of the master schedule critical path dependencies risks decisions and open actions across all workstreams.

- Identify issues early understand the root cause and drive them to resolution rather than simply tracking or escalating them.

- Coordinate dependencies across rack deployment networking GPU infrastructure management systems and data center operations.

- Work with technical teams to understand design and implementation issues challenge assumptions and make sure decisions lead to clear actions and measurable outcomes.

- Drive site readiness equipment readiness deployment sequencing testing acceptance and operational readiness activities to ensure key milestones are achieved.

- Lead working sessions and program reviews ensuring actions have clear owners target dates and closure.

- Work effectively across different functional teams and organizational boundaries to maintain alignment and execution.

- Provide leadership with clear updates on progress milestones risks decisions needed and recovery plans.

- Put clear controls in place to manage the program without creating unnecessary process or paperwork.

- Operate effectively across teams in Thailand Taiwan and other locations bridging different working styles cultures and organizational structures.

- At least 12-15 years of experience managing technology infrastructure data center engineering or large-scale deployment programs.

- Proven experience leading programs involving multiple vendors technical disciplines and geographically distributed teams.

- Strong experience in program risk management including identifying emerging risks assessing impact developing mitigation plans and driving corrective actions.

- Strong program management skills combined with a proactive and investigative approach to solving problems.

- Practical understanding of data center infrastructure including racks networking server infrastructure and commissioning.

- The individual does not need to be the technical expert in every area but must understand key dependencies and know how to ask the right questions.

- Experience with data centers GPU infrastructure GPUaaS mission-critical infrastructure or large technology deployments is strongly preferred.

- Strong ability to drive outcomes where accountability and execution are distributed across multiple organizations.

- Comfortable moving between executive discussions and detailed working sessions with technical teams and partners.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.

- Experience working in multinational and cross-cultural environments particularly across Asia is highly desirable.

- Based in Bangkok and willing to travel to project locations as required.
