The GTM Engineer Outbound role will be responsible for designing building and optimizing Manatals outbound prospecting engine. This person will own the process tools data automation and playbooks that allow SDRs to consistently generate qualified meetings at scale.
Role Overview
Were looking for a technical and process-driven outbound growth builder to help scale Manatals outbound engine.
Your mission is simple: Build a repeatable outbound system that enables SDRs to generate 4 to 5 qualified meetings per day with recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
You will work closely with the outbound sales team but your main responsibility is not to cold call send emails or manually prospect. Your responsibility is to build the system behind the team: target accounts enriched data qualification rules AI workflows outreach logic reporting and repeatable playbooks.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in growth automation agentic AI outbound systems CRM workflows data enrichment and revenue process design.
Responsibilities
Design and build a repeatable outbound prospecting system for recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
Define and improve Manatals outbound ICP account segmentation and qualification logic.
Build workflows to source enrich score and route high-quality accounts and contacts to SDRs.
Use tools such as HubSpot Apollo Clay Lusha LinkedIn Sales Navigator N8N Claude Code Claude Cowork ChatGPT Agents AI agents APIs scraping tools and modern outreach platforms such as Growth Machine Lemlist Instantly Smartlead or similar tools.
Build AI-assisted workflows for account research lead scoring personalization messaging support prospect prioritization and SDR task automation.
Automate repetitive outbound tasks including data collection enrichment qualification CRM updates reporting and workflow monitoring.
Define the activity model required for SDRs to consistently generate 4 to 5 qualified meetings per day.
Build and improve outbound sequences messaging frameworks call openers LinkedIn messages WhatsApp messages email templates and follow-up structures for SDRs to use.
Analyze outbound performance to identify bottlenecks across data quality outreach conversion and meeting quality.
Create clear dashboards and reports to track outbound activity conversion rates meeting volume pipeline creation and process performance.
Train and support SDRs on how to use the outbound process tools workflows and playbooks effectively.
Collaborate with Sales Sales Operations Marketing and Management to improve outbound performance.
Other tasks as directed by the CEO or Management.
Requirements
3 years of experience in growth operations outbound operations sales development operations revenue operations growth marketing sales automation data automation or a similar role.
Strong experience building workflows automations or systems that improve lead generation outbound productivity sales efficiency or pipeline creation.
Strong understanding of lead generation enrichment segmentation data quality qualification logic and workflow automation.
Experience using AI automation and data tools to improve outbound or revenue generation processes.
Experience with tools such as HubSpot Apollo Clay Lusha LinkedIn Sales Navigator N8N Claude Code Claude Cowork ChatGPT Agents AI agents APIs scraping tools outreach automation tools or similar platforms.
Ability to design practical workflows that connect lead generation enrichment CRM outreach channels reporting and SDR execution.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with activity data conversion rates funnel performance data quality and pipeline metrics.
Ability to reverse engineer the activity model required to generate 4 to 5 qualified meetings per SDR per day.
Strong process documentation skills including SOPs playbooks workflow maps CRM rules automation logic and operational guidelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn unclear business problems into structured workflows and practical solutions.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Bilingual communication in English.
Prior experience in B2B SaaS HRTech recruitment technology staffing or recruitment agencies is a plus.
Experience with Python SQL APIs scraping AI agents or workflow automation is a strong plus.
Direct cold calling or closing experience is not required.
