We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Sales Director to drive business growth and expand enterprise customer relationships across various industries such as Manufacturing Healthcare Retail Logistics Energy and other commercial sectors.
This role is responsible for leading enterprise sales strategies managing key accounts and overseeing the full sales cycle while delivering IT solutions including cloud infrastructure cybersecurity software development digital transformation and systems integration. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise IT sales within System Integrator (SI) IT consulting or technology solution environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Business Development
Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Manage the end-to-end sales process including prospecting client engagement proposal development negotiation and deal closure.
Identify new business opportunities and expand strategic enterprise accounts.
Drive consultative and solution-based selling aligned with customer business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and proposing suitable IT solutions and services.
Lead executive presentations strategic discussions and customer engagements.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead mentor and develop high-performing enterprise sales teams.
Oversee recruitment coaching performance management and talent development.
Set clear sales targets KPIs and pipeline management standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with presales engineering delivery and marketing teams to ensure successful project execution and customer success.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with business goals and technology capabilities.
Market & Industry Insights
Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and enterprise technology developments.
Maintain strong knowledge of cloud solutions infrastructure cybersecurity software development DevOps managed services and digital transformation solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise IT Sales Account Management Business Development or Sales Leadership roles.
Proven experience within System Integrator (SI) IT Consulting Cloud Infrastructure Software Solutions or IT Services companies.
Strong track record in enterprise sales and achieving revenue targets.
Experience managing enterprise or B2B customers across various industries.
Strong network with enterprise decision-makers and executive stakeholders is highly preferred.
Strong consultative selling negotiation presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience leading and developing sales teams.
