Our client a leading global electronics manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced
Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing engineering activities supporting new product
introduction (NPI) manufacturing readiness process optimization and operational excellence within a
high-volume manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for manufacturing
process development engineering systems equipment strategy yield improvement and customer technical
support while working closely with Operations Quality Supply Chain and global customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Manufacturing Engineering activities supporting NPI through mass production.
Drive manufacturing readiness for new customer programs.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality yield and productivity.
Lead engineering teams responsible for process engineering manufacturing support and
continuous improvement.
Support customer design reviews including DFM/DFT/DFX activities.
Drive root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies.
Improve OEE cycle time throughput and manufacturing efficiency.
Support equipment selection qualification and process validation.
Partner with Test Engineering Quality Operations and Supply Chain to ensure successful product
launches.
Lead engineering cost reduction and productivity initiatives.
Develop engineering standards documentation and best practices.
Support customer technical reviews and engineering escalations.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
10 years manufacturing engineering experience.
3 years leading engineering teams.
Experience within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or high-volume electronics
manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of:
o Manufacturing Engineering
o NPI
