Assistant Cost Controller
Job Summary
The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling the hotels Food Beverage and General Store costs to ensure efficient operations and profitability. This role oversees inventory management stock control receiving procedures monthly stock counts and cost reporting. The Cost Controller works closely with all operational departments to maintain accurate inventory records minimize waste and ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Previous experience in Cost Control or Hotel Accounting preferred.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and hotel management systems.
- Detail-oriented organized and able to work independently.
