Maple Bloom has a proud 13-year history founded by an experienced UK educator who previously ran one of Solihulls highest-rated pre-schools. Building on this strong foundation of educational excellence and deep parental trust the first Maple Bloom pre-school campus in Tanzania opened in 2020.

The Masaki-based Maple Bloom Elementary campus represents the next step in this vision. The Role: Year 3 Teacher
The teacher will plan and deliver well-structured engaging and inquiry-based learning that fosters curiosity and strengthens core skills in line with the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and wider British primary frameworks. Lessons resources and assessment strategies should be adapted to meet the needs of all learners providing both challenge and support to ensure inclusive practice.

A positive motivating and stimulating classroom environment is essential encouraging independence collaboration critical thinking and resilience. The teacher will track progress through a combination of formative and summative approaches and maintain proactive clear communication with parents through reports meetings and regular updates. Collaboration with colleagues is a key component of the role contributing to planning sharing best practice supporting curriculum development and upholding the schools ethos of excellence and holistic child development. Active participation in school events extracurricular activities and wider community life is expected.

Requirements
Candidates should hold a recognised teaching qualification such as a PGCE QTS or an equivalent credential and have a minimum of three years primary teaching experience. Strong knowledge of the IPC and/or British primary curriculum is preferred. Applicants should be native or fluent English speakers who demonstrate adaptability positivity and a collaborative approach. Experience in international school settings is beneficial but not essential.

Salary and Benefits
The package includes a highly competitive international salary annual flights or a relocation allowance medical insurance and an accommodation allowance. A pension contribution or completion bonus is provided at the end of the contract. Contracts are for two years and renewable.
