Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Operations Management

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and ensure smooth running of all warehouse activities.
• Ensure proper receiving storage handling and dispatch of company assets and materials.
• Maintain warehouse organization cleanliness safety and operational efficiency.
• Monitor warehouse capacity and optimize storage utilization.

Inventory & Asset Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all warehouse items branding materials POSM event equipment and operational assets.
• Implement and maintain inventory tracking systems for incoming and outgoing items.
• Conduct regular stock counts reconciliations and asset audits.
• Investigate and report discrepancies damages or missing items.
• Ensure proper tagging coding and categorization of assets.

Logistics & Project Support

• Coordinate timely preparation and dispatch of materials for activations events and field operations.
• Work closely with Operations Client Service Procurement and Finance teams to support project execution.
• Ensure all project returns are properly checked documented and reconciled after activations.
• Coordinate transportation and movement of warehouse items between locations and project sites.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination

• Liaise with transporters fabricators suppliers and third-party logistics providers where required.
• Ensure proper receiving and verification of supplier deliveries.
• Monitor vendor performance related to warehouse and logistics support.

Warehouse Systems & Reporting

• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation stock records and movement reports.
• Prepare regular inventory asset utilization loss/damage and operational reports.
• Support implementation and usage of warehouse management systems and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and asset management controls.

Health Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the warehouse.
• Monitor proper handling of equipment and materials to minimize loss or damage.
• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company policies and operational procedures.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Accuracy of inventory and asset records
• Timely dispatch and return reconciliation of project materials
• Reduction in asset loss and damages
• Warehouse organization and operational efficiency
• Timely reporting and stock reconciliation
• Compliance with warehouse procedures and controls

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain Operations Management Procurement or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse logistics or inventory management.
• Experience working in events FMCG production or fast-paced operational environments is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of inventory and asset management processes.
• Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems is preferred.

Working Conditions

• Requires flexibility to support project operations including occasional evenings weekends and field deployments.
• Role involves regular movement of warehouse materials and coordination with field teams.
