Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all kitchen operations (guest & staff dining)
Design and deliver exceptional seasonal menus
Maintain top-tier food quality presentation and hygiene standards
Train mentor and develop kitchen team members
Manage stock control ordering and kitchen administration
Ensure all dishes meet luxury hospitality standards before service
Engage with guests and accommodate dietary requirements
