Position: Key Accounts Executive

Reports To: Client Relation Manager
Role Summary: The Key Accounts Executive is responsible for managing and growing client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery across all assigned accounts. The role acts as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments ensuring contractual obligations service level agreements (SLAs) and operational requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and business objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients ensuring effective communication and support.
- Prepare project monthly project reports covering people productivity quality innovations EHS invoicing issues log incidents log and other prescribed parameters and share with the client by 5th day of the following month.
- Ensure standard operating procedures for all services offered (where applicable) and process flows to enable timely execution of activities.
- Prepare and submit payroll free of errors at least 2 days to the payroll date.
- Timely resolution of project issues escalating where necessary for 100% closure.
- Create and implement account strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance client value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services including recruitment manpower solutions mobility and relocation.
- Monitor service quality and client satisfaction addressing any concerns promptly.
- Analyse client data and feedback to assess account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on account activities performance metrics and client feedback for management review.
- Work closely with the recruitment operations and business development teams to ensure alignment on client needs and service delivery.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations effectively communicating our services and solutions.
- Ensure proper on boarding of ALL projects staff ensure contractual Service level agreement terms & obligations are duly acknowledged and adhered to and that all staff have job descriptions.
- Ensuring client and employee satisfaction by conducting frequent surveys and providing timely solutions
- Handle all HR welfare & Administration requirements for all staff
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration Industrial Relations Public Administration or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 23 years experience in Human Resources
Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment onboarding payroll coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook).
Excellent communication negotiation presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts prioritize competing deadlines and work independently.

Required Skills:
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration Industrial Psychology Organizational Development or a related discipline. Professional HR Certification is an added advantage. Experience Minimum of 5 years progressive Human Resource or any leadership experience or similar advisory role. Recommend policy improvements All decisions must follow the established approval framework and require review and approval by the Talent & HRBP Lead Group HRBP and Legal where necessary.
