Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations reporting budgeting compliance cost control and working capital management. The role will provide financial insights to support business growth profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting in line with IFRS and local regulations.
• Lead annual budgeting forecasting scenario planning and financial performance analysis.
• Monitor budgets variances cash flow working capital and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws statutory requirements and regulatory filings.
• Manage internal controls and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive cost optimization across operations.
• Analyze margins EBITDA profitability pricing and operational costs.
• Support procurement pricing contract negotiations and strategic business decisions.
• Develop financial models dashboards and KPI reports for management.
• Lead mentor and develop the finance and accounting team.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting records reconciliations and management accounts.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
• CPA ACCA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• 6-10 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in logistics freight forwarding supply chain or related industries is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local financial/regulatory requirements.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis budgeting forecasting and financial modelling.
• Experience in audit management and internal control systems.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
