Support overall lodge operations and guest experience delivery
Assist with staff training development HR and performance management
Oversee social media and PR communication initiatives
Support budgeting reporting projects and supplier relationships
Assist with conservation and community development projects
Drive operational excellence across housekeeping butlers kitchen and guest services
Participate in strategic meetings and lodge development initiatives

Requirements
Higher Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management
34 years hospitality management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Computer literate
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Passion for luxury hospitality
Ability to work under pressure in a remote island environment
