Job Summary

The primary role of the position is to ensure accurate and timely financial records effective management of accounts payable and receivable proper cash and banking controls statutory compliance and smooth administration of the companys operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with management operations suppliers customers and other stakeholders to ensure that financial and administrative processes are properly coordinated and that the company maintains effective internal controls.

The overall objective of the role is to provide reliable financial and administrative support that contributes to operational efficiency financial discipline and sustainable business growth.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in accounting finance or administration.

Experience in a transportation logistics fleet FMCG or other operational business environment will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Good understanding of financial reporting accounts payable accounts receivable cash management and bank reconciliation.

Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good organizational and administrative skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of integrity confidentiality and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Results-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate and reliable financial and administrative records.

Required Skills:

JOB REQUIREMENTS * Bachelors degree in business administration sales & marketing or a related field * Should be an active salesperson in the logistics sector for at least 3 years running up to 2026 * Detailed knowledge of selling Ocean freight (LCL and FCL) and Air freight Products * Results oriented and ambitious for future leadership roles * Proven track record of success in business development preferably in the logistics or transportation industry * Strong understanding of logistics operations supply chain management and transportation services * Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills * Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels * Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
