TW HR Business Partner Manager

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Taiwan business objectives and regional HR priorities.
- Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning organizational effectiveness and talent management.
- Work closely with CoE teams to localize and execute global and regional HR initiatives.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting sourcing screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Proactively identify and develop recruitment channels to strengthen the talent pipeline and execute the companys talent acquisition strategy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns grievances and workplace issues.
- Develop and coordinate employee engagement activities and events that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Provide guidance on disciplinary actions coaching plans and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Support managers through the performance appraisal cycle ensuring consistency and fairness.
- Develop initiatives to enhance staff productivity and professional growth.
- Assist in salary reviews benefits administration and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with Taiwan labor laws regulations and company policies.
- Stay current on legislative changes and advise the business on compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience in a full-function HR generalist preferably in a multinational environment.
- Solid knowledge of Taiwan labor law (勞動基準法) and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving decision-making and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
