• 執行氣體系統的預防性和矯正性維護包括GCGMS氮氣(N2)站天然氣(CH4)主站和減壓站
• 維護和排除Lab一般排氣系統和Lab區域照明故障確保安全符合規範的工作環境
• 監督TDL2製程冷卻水(PCW)系統包括轉動設備過濾槽板式熱交換器和感測器
• 支援TDL2無塵室環境控制包括FFU(風機過濾單元)DCC(乾式冷卻盤管)和RCU(循環冷卻單元)
• 對TDL2天車(51台)進行檢查和維護確保物料搬運作業安全
• 維護空調系統的轉動設備特別是TDL2的CHP-04冰水泵和CWP-04冷卻水泵
• 執行建築維護任務包括Lab設施的門扇門鎖快速捲門滑升門和漏水維修
• 在系統(管路標籤設備標示電盤維護)和建築環境(環境清潔防火填塞燈具維護物料收納)中實施和維持6S標準
• 編製和分析每月公用事業數據包括瓦斯抄錶(總站廊道廚房)數據整合分攤和異常耗量釋疑以及Lab區域溫濕度和微粒計數監測並進行異常報告
• 其他廠務相關事宜的文書作業及團隊支援

• 機械電氣或設施維護相關領域的技術文憑或證書
• 至少2年維護建築系統空調或相關設施設備的實務經驗
• 具備氣體分配系統無塵室環境或製程冷卻水系統的實務知識
• 能夠閱讀和理解技術圖面P&ID和設備手冊
• 熟練按照時程執行預防性維護並準確記錄工作內容
• 具備機械和電氣建築系統的強大排除故障能力
• 具備在工業環境(包括無塵室機房和高架平台)工作的體能
• 熟悉電腦化維護管理系統(CMMS)如MAXIMO用於工單管理和報告

• 曾在半導體電子製造或高科技廠房環境工作的經驗
• 熟悉無塵室規範污染控制和關鍵環境作業
• 具備天車檢查和維護程序的知識
• 有支援建設或安裝專案的經驗(hook up工程CVD/PVD設備支援無塵室建設)
• 了解樓宇自動化系統(BAS)及其與設施設備的整合
• 能夠以中文和英文有效溝通
• 擁有冷凍空調系統或專業設施設備的證照
