Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech. Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co. currently seeking applicants for a Senior RD Product Engineer. Responsible for plan and supervise development projects of new packages/process/equipment/materials and conduct activities in intellectual property protection and technology transfer within instructions and authority delegated so as to release new products in time effectively reduce assembly cost improve manufacturability upgrade product quality protect company intellectual properties and successfully transfer existing technology to offshore facilities and/or designated technology licensee companies.

What you will be doing:

• To assess and maintain FR2/FR3 checklist of final test to mitigate the risk for new product of

package RD projects

• To review the design and ftting analysis of conversion kit of final test handler to ensure 1st time right.
• To conduct kits/machine buyoff to ensure the quality of final testing process.
• To cooperate with product and foundry managers to create test program /method for new product of package RD project
• To coorninate and perfrom final test for new product of package RD projects summarize the final t

test result and communcate with product manager for test limit modification if needed

• To prepare the engineering document to support new product release.

What you will bring along:

• Minimum 5 years in experiences in semiconductor packaging development
• Familiar with materialsprocesses and equipment in semiconductor packaging
• Can read/write English..
• Good typing skills.
