Sr Business Analyst ION APAC

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build trusted partnerships with commercial leaders and sales teams; understand business priorities and translate them into focused analytical support and actionable recommendations.
• Examine complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to provide commercial insights to executive leadership.
• Develop an innovative and well-connected architecture of tools and dashboards that enable our organization to assess performance and efficiently manage commercial activities and resources
• Support customer segmentation and targeting quota-setting activities territory and account alignment and commercial resource-allocation analyses.
• Utilize SQL and Tableau to query internal data warehouses.
• Develop solid relationships with key cross-functional partners to ensure organizational alignment and the ability to quickly capitalize on opportunities and resolve operational issues.
• Manage a balanced portfolio of recurring deliverables and strategic or ad hoc projects in a fast- growing evolving business environment.
• Communicate complex findings clearly and concisely influence stakeholders and follow recommendations through to action.
• Travel up to 20% including international travel.

Qualifications :

Required Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Analytics or a related discipline; Masters degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a quantitative or operational role.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically through complexity.
• Demonstrated ability to build credible working relationships with commercial leaders and  communicate complex topics in a clear concise and practical manner.
• Proven methodical modeling and forecasting ability.
• Proficiency with dashboard/report creation and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work independently on defined priorities and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel knowledge of Tableau and SQL is an advantage.
• Fluent Mandarin and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Taiwan three days per week and travel up to 20% including internationally.

Preferred Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau.
• AI literacy and practical experience using AI-enabled tools to improve workflows productivity and decision support.
• Experience with Python for data analysis or workflow automation.
• Experience supporting multiple countries or geographically and culturally diverse stakeholders. Japanese and/or Korean language skills.
• Experience supporting Sales Operations in a fast-growing commercial business is strongly valued; MedTech or healthcare experience is an advantage.
