Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties:
Support commissioning installation and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) of new machinery at customer sites and where required participate in machine finalization and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) at the companys Centers of Competence (CoCs). Update and complete all site documentation.
Perform general field service activities on-site including preventative maintenance calibrations overhauls fault-finding machine inspections and spare parts listing.
Provide technical advice to customers on ASM (After-Sales Maintenance) and ASA (After-Sales Assistance) matters either on-site or via remote communication. Clarify issues and coordinate solutions with CoCs as necessary.
Proactively recommend necessary technical improvements including overhauls modernizations modifications and spare parts replacements to enhance machine performance and reliability.
Complete all related reporting and filing for service activities. Explain service scope to customers before commencement and provide post-completion summaries. Create and maintain open-point lists with follow-up actions.
(For Senior FSE level) Perform site management responsibilities including supervision and training of other field service engineers.









Requirements
Profile Requirements
Bachelors degree in Mechatronics Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
5 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical or packaging industry with hands-on exposure to production or service environments.
Strong technical knowledge of automation and control systems with proven ability to update and modify Rockwell and/or Siemens PLC programs and HMI systems.
Excellent command of English both written and spoken; Chinese language proficiency required (Taiwan-based role).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently at customer sites.
Willingness to travel up to 40% within the Asia Pacific region.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
