The Binance Wallet team is building a decentralized version of Binance featuring on-chain infrastructure self-custody wallets a DEX and decentralized Earn and more. We empower users with full control over their assets for seamless token trading across any blockchain. This Web3 initiative expands our strategic landscape and complements our CEX business offering significant growth potential. Join us and be part of this exciting journey.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of Binance Wallet products and initiatives
- Design and execute growth strategies across user acquisition activation retention and conversion
- Manage operational projects end to end from planning and coordination to execution monitoring and post-launch review
- Organize marketing and community campaigns to optimize user growth and engagement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product technology and marketing to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Track key product and growth metrics and provide regular data analysis and insights
- Collect user feedback and market intelligence to support product and operational improvements
- Mentor and support junior team members in daily work project execution and operational thinking
- Support feature launches operational campaigns and other strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Relevant experience in operations growth product operations or related functions
- Proven ability to manage projects end to end with strong ownership and execution skills
- Strong communication coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in crypto blockchain and Web3
