Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of high-performing algorithmic strategies for different products.
- Own strategies development and growth roadmap while ensuring alignment with the overall business mandates.
- Work closely with quant developers to provide design specifications and ensure efficient deployment of strategies and risk controls into production systems.
- Collaborate with operations clearing and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate onboarding of new instruments and funding requirements.
- Participate in and initiate projects to innovate trading and execution solutions across different trading platforms and on-chain infrastructures.
Requirements
- Masters degree or above in a quantitative field such as Mathematics Statistics Physics Engineering or Computer Science.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in quantitative trading firms brokers and trading houses with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in market microstructure and analysis of order books and trade data.
- Experience in algorithmic trading and execution strategy design. Experience in alpha signal generation is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of quantitative modeling with the ability to independently build algo specifications for new trading strategies and collaborate with developers to deliver them.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; C or Rust is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-motivated and highly independent working style.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with a global team in a fast-paced environment.
