POSITION SUMMARY
職位宗旨
依照飯店客房工作品質標準清潔客房及樓層公共區域
主要負責事項
1.提早抵達公司著裝完畢準時到辦公室領取每日報表進行每日早會
2.值班時應穿著整齊制服黑襪黑色皮鞋並保持服裝儀容整潔符合W形象髮長過肩應束髮以確保工作安全
3.妥善保管領取到的房卡公務手機及pantry鑰匙並於下班時確實繳回辦公室領取及歸還務必簽名以示負責
4.每位早班客房造型師負責清潔12間客房晚班客房造型師負負責6間房依照住房報表清潔打掃客房保持優良清潔品質
5.每日早上依照住房報表檢查空房應了解所屬樓層房間狀況
6.於開夜床時間依照住房報表為客人作夜床服務
7.負責樓層pantry整理和公共區域清潔保養
8.晚班客房造型師下班前負責整理打掃樓層備品室和公共區域的清潔
9.遵守所有公司政策和程序
