As our Program Manager youll support HIDs success by:
- Define the technical programs scope goals and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop detailed program plans including timelines milestones resource allocation and risk management strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the program team.
- Provide guidance and support to project/program team to ensure that project/program are executed effectively and meeting project/program goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program-related communications with senior leadership clients and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Prepare and present program status reports including progress risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Oversee the execution of all projects within the program ensuring that they are delivered on time within scope and on budget.
- Coordinate cross-project activities resolving conflicts and managing dependencies to ensure seamless delivery.
- Monitor and manage program risks issues and changes implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Work daily with software engineers hardware teams product managers design QA operations and leadership
- Align everyone with priorities and dependencies
- Identify blockers before they become fires
- Manage inter-team dependencies and external constraints
- Develop and manage the program budget tracking expenditures and ensuring financial goals are met.
- Your Experience and Background include:
- Education: Bachelors degree qualified in a relevant science-based honours degree in Electronics/Software/Mechanics Engineering/Information Technology or a related field.
- Certifications: PMP PgMP or other relevant certifications.
- 4 years of experience leading complex hardware and product design programs coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver market-ready products.
- Proven track record of managing large complex programs with successful outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
