ManufacturingProduct Engineer

Position Overview
As a Manufacturing Product Engineer at MACOM Technology Solutions youwill play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful transition of semiconductorproducts from design to production. You will collaborate with cross-functionalteams including design process engineering and quality assurance tooptimize manufacturing processes troubleshoot issues and drive continuousimprovement to meet production goals and maintain product quality.

Responsibilities

• Support RF Test Engineering and Product Engineering teams in the implementation and improvement of production test solutions for new and existing products.
• Assist Manufacturing teams at OSATs and inhouse operations by providing RF engineering support and participating in problemsolving activities related to production RF and millimeterwave testing.
• Participate in crossfunctional engineering activities for new product introductions (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Perform basic yield analysis and data reviews and support project team meetings by preparing data summaries and presentations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to test readiness production readiness and manufacturability.
• Support the collection organization and reporting of production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for RF test and assigned programs.
• Document processes test flows and engineering findings to support manufacturing consistency and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• BSEE or related degree Engineering. MSEE is a plus.
• 25 years of experience in Product Engineering Test Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related role.
• Basic understanding of RF/microwave concepts and semiconductor test methodologies is desired
• Interest in or exposure to wafer probe and/or packaged device testing preferred but not required.
• Ability to analyze data identify trends and clearly communicate technical results.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as JMP Excel or similar tools is a plus.
• Exposure to scripting or programming (e.g. Python JMP scripting) is a plus but not required.
• Strong problemsolving mindset with effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn collaborate and grow in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
