Position: Principal Catalog Program Management

The Principal Program Management will design and deliver influential programs across multiple functions to improve retail onboarding operational quality and business scalability in Taiwan. This role will establish effective operating mechanisms drive continuous process improvements and align cross-functional teams to successfully execute their programs and support Coupangs business growth.

As a senior individual contributor the Principal will lead through influence solve complex and ambiguous business problems and deliver measurable outcomes across operations retail product engineering legal or compliance data tools and systems.

What You Will Do

Design and deliver cross-functional programs that improve retail onboarding operational quality and scalability.
Define program strategy roadmaps milestones success metrics governance risks and dependencies.
Establish scalable SOPs quality controls operating mechanisms escalation paths and accountability models.
Identify systemic issues through data and root-cause analysis then implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
Align senior stakeholders and partner teams on priorities requirements trade-offs ownership and delivery commitments.
Define onboarding and quality metrics monitor program performance and translate insights into business actions.
Partner with product engineering data and tools teams to reduce manual work and improve process and information quality.
Apply automation or AI-assisted workflows where appropriate with clear validation exception handling and human-review controls.
Create reusable frameworks and mentor program or operations leaders to raise organizational execution standards.

Basic Qualifications

6 years of experience in designing and delivering complex programs that span multiple functions teams business processes or technology dependencies.
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of program strategy execution risk management adoption and measurable outcomes.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
Experience improving onboarding operational quality data quality catalog quality or other structured business processes.
Strong problem-solving skills including root-cause analysis hypothesis testing and sustainable process improvement.
Strong analytical capability including advanced Excel and experience defining operational or quality metrics.
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and communicate complex issues clearly in business English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in retail onboarding seller or vendor onboarding merchant operations product onboarding account activation selection enablement catalog operations or related business-growth programs.
Experience in high-volume data operations platform operations content operations master data product information supply-chain operations or information-quality management.
Experience designing operating models or quality mechanisms that support multiple affiliated teams business units or geographic markets.
Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to define business requirements prioritize capabilities improve tools or systems and deliver scalable operational solutions.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to transform unstructured information into structured data with defined fields output controls validation rules exception handling and human review.
Experience with prompt iteration structured-output design quality measurement model-output evaluation or Gemini-supported data extraction.
Experience evaluating or implementing automation and AI-assisted workflows while maintaining appropriate controls traceability operational ownership and quality standards.
Experience as a data engineer AI engineer technical program manager product manager or in a role involving data pipelines data models AI solutions system integration or model-support activities.
Experience using BI visualization query or reporting tools to define program metrics identify trends segment operational problems and support senior-level decisions.
Experience developing process maps RACI models control checklists operating manuals defect taxonomies quality-control frameworks or service-level mechanisms.
Experience managing programs that require coordination across operations legal or compliance product engineering data tools systems finance and commercial teams.
Experience developing business cases assessing cost and benefit prioritizing investments or connecting operational improvements to growth productivity quality or customer outcomes.
Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with substantial ambiguity competing priorities tight timelines and changing business requirements.
