Night-Shift Supervisor

1. Production Management
- Ensure all testing processes run smoothly during the night shift
- Monitor production targets (OutputOTDCycle TimeWIP)
- Quickly respond to downtime/abnormal test results and equipment issues

2. People Management
- Manage attendance break schedules overtime training & skills
- Maintain discipline and ensure proper workplace behaviors
- Conduct timely/regular performance review and feedback

3. Quality Assurance & Control
- Ensure all product/process meet quality standards and customer requirements
- Monitor test yield non conformance QA fail
- Coordinate with QA/engineering teams for issue escalation

4. Equipment & Maintenance Coordination
- Oversee operation of test/pack machines
- Coordinate with Technician for immediate troubleshooting
- Minimize equipment downtime

5. Safety & Compliance
- Oversee operation of test/pack machines
- Coordinate with technician for immediate troubleshooting
- Minimize equipment downtime

6. Communication & Escalation
- Act as the first point of contact for emergencies during night shift
- Conduct detailed handover with day shift production manager
- Escalate major problems to senior management or engineering teams

Job Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- At least 10 years of production/manufacturing experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience Knowledge of manufacturing processes quality systems and safety regulations.
- Proficient in English communication with foreign employees.
