Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key resource to the manager by supporting team alignment driving operational improvements and resolving complex issues.

  • Develop and standardize training materials and process documentation to support team learning and consistency.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with FSO Order Fulfillment Engineering and others to resolve complex issues and drive expedition strategy.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to influence resource allocation process development and delivery commitments.

  • Handle complex customer requests and manage multi-site scenarios involving orders billing and entitlement.

  • Maintain strategic communication with FSO and customers; resolve issues efficiently and drive continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to system testing (RIT/UAT) and proactively resolve recurring system issues (e.g. B2B ASN) recommending improvements.

  • Ensure operational processes meet compliance requirements and actively contribute to functional KPIs and strategic goals.

  • Strengthen customer relationships and maintain strategic communication with FSO and customers to resolve complex issues and drive improvement.

  • Independently manage MDG customer master setup and entitlement compliance across multiple sites.
