Director | Project Management

Lead and manage commercial real estate and workplace projects including corporate office fit-outs and headquarters relocations.

Manage workplace transformation initiatives and capital improvement projects.

Deliver interior fit-out renovation and new construction projects from planning through completion.

Coordinate project stakeholders consultants contractors and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Oversee budgeting scheduling procurement risk management and quality control.

Support business development activities and client relationship management.

Contribute to industrial logistics manufacturing technology and mission-critical facility projects.

Qualifications :

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Architecture Engineering Real Estate Project Management or a related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of project management experience in commercial real estate construction or workplace environments.

Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale fit-out renovation or construction projects.

Strong knowledge of project planning budgeting procurement construction administration and risk management.

Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Must have valid authorization to work in Taiwan without employer sponsorship.

Fluent Mandarin and professional English communication skills.
