About the Role

Were looking for a Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team based in Taiwan. Youll own HK campaign execution and support CRM across both HK and Taiwan ensuring every deal push notification and email campaign lands accurately and on time.

What Youll Own

Campaign Execution (HK): Deploy marketing assets and campaigns across App & Web scheduling deals to ensure full exposure for every partner promotion
Regional CRM (HK TW): Support lifecycle marketing execution push notifications email and CRM campaigns across two distinct customer markets
Operational Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve execution issues proactively working closely with Business Development
Performance Insights: Analyse campaign and platform performance translating data into actionable improvements

What Were Looking For

Must-have:

Strong attention to detail and a track record of accurate execution
Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight timelines
A collaborative cross-functional working style
Basic understanding of HK customer behaviour and culture
Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT Gemini Claude) to improve workflows and efficiency
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English - required to work across HK/TW stakeholders

Nice-to-have:

Experience in campaign planning or data analysis
Prior exposure to the HK market
Background in e-commerce or agency environments
