Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Automotive OEMs Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers and ecosystem partners in Taiwan.
- Responsible to the business growth by driving customer engagement demand creation activities and opportunity development.
- Develop and execute related automotive products and applications promotion strategy and Go-To-Market plan in Taiwan
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the automotive value chain.
- Work closely with sales teams and account managers to develop account strategies and customer engagement plans.
- Execute product promotion activities and go-to-market programs for automotive solutions.
- Gather market intelligence customer requirements and competitive insights to support business planning and product positioning.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and market requirements.
- Drive design-in and design-win activities by coordinating internal resources and customer engagements.
- Deliver product and solution presentations to customers distributors and ecosystem partners.
- Participate in industry events trade shows and technical forums to promote company solutions and strengthen industry relationships.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Business or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in business development sales product marketing field applications or account management within automotive semiconductor electronics or technology industries.
- Basic understanding of automotive industry structure including OEMs Tier 1 suppliers and automotive electronics technologies.
- Strong relationship-building and customer-facing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated proactive and able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
